In order to accommodate all of our golfers, Cherry Oaks is excited to offer two new clinics and one new league in 2012. These will tie in with our three existing leagues. Additional information is available below or call our Clubhouse at 316.540.0133 for more information and to sign up!

2012 Junior Golf |

$65.00 per child -Includes instruction, play days, one head cover per participant, and the junior golf tournament where food and awards will be served. |

2 age groups: 8-11 year olds and 12-17 year old |

Children will learn the fundamentals of golf including etiquette and rules through 3 days of lessons, contests and fun. |

1st Annual Family Golf Clinic |

$75.00 per family -the maximum per family will be five participants, an additional fee will be required families with more than 5 participants -the maximum number of families we can handle will be cut off at 15 families or 45 people |

Our number one goal is for families to have fun and learn an activity where the whole family can enjoy doing an activity together. This program will allow both adults and children to learn various assets of the game of golf including physical skills, knowledge of the game and rules, golf etiquette, and a forum to meet other families who are interested in the game of golf. |

The program will feature two days of instruction, contests and fun where all participants will learn the fundamentals of golf. The final day will be a family golf tournament in a scramble format, with food following play. We will be featuring SNAG golf equipment, a new way for adults and children alike to learn the game of golf. We will have clubs available for those who do not have any, but please let us know ahead of time if you will be needing golf clubs. |

2012 Beginner’s & Novice Clinic |

It is our goal to provide an atmosphere for beginning and novice golfers to learn the skills to improve their golf game. This program will focus on all facets of the game including basic golf fundamentals, rules of golf knowledge, course etiquette, and course management skills. It is our focus to teach you the basic fundamental skills of golf to improve your game and make the game more enjoyable. |

The program will include two hour and a half sessions focusing on various parts of the golf game including basic golf fundamentals, short game and long game fundamentals, putting basics, rules of golf knowledge, golf course etiquette, course management skills, and fitness and nutrition tips. Each participant will receive a personal skills assessment evaluation with personal tips to improve his/her game. |
